With our endless miles of
dirt roads and trails, our area is a great place for mountain biking and cross
country skiing.
We also enjoy the fairly
recent outdoor adventure sport known as geocaching, which uses a GPS to lead
you to a hidden "treasure" that are usually found in very scenic
locations.
Canoeing our streams is
very seasonal, but several dams in the area provide more dependable
opportunities.
I enjoy instructing all
ages in shooting both firearms and archery equipment. I help with the
PGC hunter safety instructions and worked with a high school archery club for
over 20 years. A good time must be a safe time.
